Now that the United Kingdom has entered the delay phase of our government’s response to the Covid-19 outbreak, The Property Source has prepared this response to the evolving situation.

Anyone feeling unwell or suspecting they are suffering from a high temperature or a new and persistent cough are urged to follow the guidelines on the NHS website.

Due to the severity of the situation we have a duty to our staff, customers and the public to take all reasonable and necessary precautionary steps to minimise risk of infection and it’s onward transmission.

The nature of our job roles involves the visit of many different properties and the engagement with many different customers including visitors to our office premise. This we feel is a potential high risk to all and after following advice guidelines issued by the government and our own risk assessments, we are implementing the following measures with immediate effect. 

1. The office though staffed for admin purposes only will not be accessible by non-staff.
2. Viewings on available sales and lettings stock will be suspended until further notice but reviewed on a weekly basis.
3. Routine letting Inspections will be suspended until further notice but reviewed on a weekly basis.
4. Visits to properties for maintenance issues will be suspended until further notice but reviewed on a weekly basis.
